Smoldering Remains  ABV 5.7% IBU 27.9 – A clean hop bitterness balanced, clean and crisp malt bill that includes some cherry wood smoked malt

Dorcha Scotish Wee Heavy  ABV 7.2% IBU 32 – Deep amber in color with a light tan colored head. A deep malt flavor paired with a hint of cherry wood smoked malt

Psychosis  ABV 8.7% IBU37 – A marriage of fruity, spicy and alcohol flavors supported by a soft malt character. An effervescent  and long lasting off white head yielding a characteristic “Belgian Lace” on the glass

Thing 2  ABV 6.2% IBU 20.2 – Another one of our Belgian beers. The yeast gives this beer an appetizing bubblegum flavor. Its mild malt bill and gentle a gentle hop finish makes the ale a prefect after meal drink

“…” IPA  ABV 5.6% IBU 66.5 – Pronounced Ellipsis. A medium bodied IPA with a solid bitterness. Brewed with Citra Cascade and Centennial hops this beer has a notable grapefruit profile
